  Fearless Phoenix Youth Mentoring is committed to empowering at-risk teen girls across the Pee Dee region, including Florence County, by providing mentorship, leadership development, and education and resources that strengthen protective factors, support mental health and wellness, and promote academic and personal success.

 Fearless Phoenix Youth Mentoring provides structured mentorship, leadership development, and life skills programming designed to strengthen confidence, emotional wellness, and decision-making skills among teen girls. In addition to Girl Talk sessions and workshops, we offer field trips, educational outings, and engaging activities that expose participants to new environments and opportunities. Our programming also includes job readiness training, resume creation support, and guidance with college and FAFSA applications to help prepare young women for academic achievement and long-term career success across the Pee Dee region.

Our Approach

We use a structured, relationship-centered approach that combines mentorship, leadership development, and mental wellness education. We collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to create consistent support systems that strengthen long-term success for teen girls.

 

We serve at-risk teen girls ages 12–18 across the Pee Dee region. Many of the young women we support face social, emotional, academic, or economic challenges that increase their risk of negative outcomes. Our programs are designed to strengthen protective factors and provide consistent mentorship, structure, and positive adult guidance.
